All five chilled and frozen chambers are maintained to the highest Organic standards. This means that the stores are kept very clean and no insecticides or chemicals are used within the chambers.

The organic stores are audited and re-accredited each year by the Soil Association.

Anchor also offers deep freeze and Ec02 treatments. The deep freeze treatment consists of freezing goods and then tempering in chill store to kill any live insects and/or dormant larvae.
